It's the day the world's been waiting for. Scores of the nation's most dedicated high-school debaters are descending upon the UCLA campus in anticipation of the 11th Victory Briefs Institute.The staff arrived a day early to finish their pre-camp planning, and now they're eagerly awaiting the chance to meet the students they'll enlighten for the next two (or three... or four) weeks. We hope every camper is as excited as we are. The curriculum coordinators and administrative staff have spent long hours ensuring this will be the best VBI yet.
